Arrival and Departure

 

Check-in is 3:00pm  - Check out is 11:00pm.  However, an earlier or later arrival is always considered.

 

Deposit and Cancellations

 

       Due to our intimate size, cancellations do affect us. Please remember that just as we make a commitment to a guest upon receiving

       a reservation, so to, the guest makes a commitment to us.   Please keep in mind the following policies:

  • Reservations require a 50% deposit. This deposit is charged at the time a reservation is made. We accept cash, your personal check, VISA and MASTERCARD.
  • To receive a refund, less a $25 processing fee, cancellations must be made 14 days prior to the date of arrival.   This policy applies to advance credit card deposits, early departures and cancellations. If a cancellation occurs inside of the required 14-day period prior to your arrival, no deposit will be refunded unless the entire reserved stay is rebooked by another party.
  • Rates are based on double occupancy. Each additional guest is $25.00.
  • During peak seasons or special evens a 2-night minimum may be required.
  • Smoking is permitted in outside areas.
  • We love animals, but cannot accommodate guest pets, we do however, have two small dogs on the property.
  • At the present time, we cannot accommodate children under 12 years of age.
